• Walk customers through our mobile ordering platform to ensure confidence in the process.

The Barista's key objective is to provide memorable experiences for our customers by providing timely service, quality hand-crafted beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. The candidate should exhibit refined verbal communication skills, be knowledgable in both coffee & cocktail execution, sanitation standards, and possess the physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

In this role you can expect to

• Greet & engage with customers in a professional & enthusiastic manner.

• Operate the POS register

• Execute craft coffee & cocktail builds meeting The Last Drop standards.

wait assistant

Wait Assistants aim to create a memorable experience for our guests by supporting other team members by cleaning and resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, and bringing guest needs to the attention of waitstaff. They also restock necessary items, such as napkins and glassware, and assist with washing dishes. Suitable candidates should be efficient, attentive, and have strong customer service skills.

In this role you can expect to

• Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Alert waitstaff when customers are in need of attention.
• Walk customers through our mobile ordering platform.
• Ensure availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, napkins, and other dining materials.
• Be able to remain focused and on-task during busy hours.
• Wash dishes.
• Clean & reset tables to ensure a clean & welcoming environment for our guests

The Bartender's key objective is to provide libations and offer customized recommendations authentic to each individual customer, offering top-tier hospitality.

The candidate should exhibit refined verbal communication skills, be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with the physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

barback

Barback responsibilities include refilling/restocking the bar with essentials for service, anticipating bartender's needs before they arise, and changing the beer kegs. For this role, you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, can work in a fast paced environment where your attention may be pulled in multiple directions, and can prioritize tasks by level of urgency. You’ll need to be knowledgeable about bar layout in relation to liquor location, how to batch all of our pre batched drinks, how to change over a keg and clear the beer line, basic bar knowledge of drink accessories and necessary items. Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide support to the bartenders in order to keep the level of service high.
