WHY CAJA?
Our chicken is marinated in cayenne hot sauce, garlic, and spices, breaded in a seasoned flour blend, and pressure-fried in 100% beef tallow. We offer two styles: traditional and gluten-free. Both satisfying, well balanced, and rooted in the spirit of Southern cooking.
