It’s carne asada sizzling on the grill, rolled tacos fried crisp and buried under guacamole and crema, beans cooked slow, and salsa bars piled high with pickled jalapeños and carrots.
WHY BERTO’S?
For Mike Brown, Berto’s is deeply personal. Mike's mom grew up in a Mexican restaurant founded by her grandmother in 1940 in La Tapatia, and those same flavors shaped his childhood.
